>I can’t figure out how to close the drain so the water stays in the tub. Anyone know what kind of stopper I need? Or where I can get one for this kind of drain?
>halt! just talked to benny, my landlord and he said there’s a pole near the tub that closes the drain. if that doesn’t work i’m supposed to go down to walter’s hardware store and they’ve got anything i need there (according to benny). so maybe by this weekend, i will be a bathtub queen.
>the pole probably controls a valve under the drain. if that pole doesn’t work, which it should, be sure to take the picture with you to the hardware store. i would think a simple plastic disc sitting over and beyond the edge of the drain cover would seal the drain effectively. or the store owner will advise you.
>you’re so funny. i was so scared you were going to blame this on me not being in ny again. i’m glad you are inching closer to the glorious bath.
>How was the luxurious bath?
