>1. With a gift certificate from Joseph, I had an hour-long massage at a spa downtown.

2. I attended two Aikido classes. The first class, my partner almost accidentally gave me a bloody nose (so great!), and the second class, I got to work with one of my favorite partners.

3. Joseph took me to dinner at La Laterna Caffe, where we partook in a smoked salmon and capers appetizer, two delicious pizzas, and wine.

4. Followed by my favorite gimmick in New York: Yogurtland! Joseph treated me to as much yogurt as I wanted.

My yogurt and toppings weighed in at $8.20, about twice what I usually pay.

I managed to fit it all in.

Thanks everyone for your birthday wishes!

I love being in my thirties.
