I’m enjoying the least amount of anxiety I’ve had in a very long time. First pregnancy and now motherhood have been major in living a much calmer and contented life. Not sure if this is specific to Zevi or what; go ahead and analyze it, or don’t. Something has fit into place, and I’m much more able to handle things that come my way. And a lot of things come my way because parenting seems to bring everything up: how to parent, family, death, control, religion, my faults and flaws, how to be a child, how to let children be, how to be, on and on. But Zevi is helping me to Zen it out. Little Buddha that she is.
