As promised, we made hamantaschen for Purim last night. We used the same hanataschen recipe, and decided to use a different poppy seed filling recipe for a big batch.

We also filled some of the hamantaschen with apricot preserves, raspberry preserves, and chocolate.

Everyone seemed pleased with how the hamantaschen turned out.
